Skateboard scene in Florida?

I’m planning on moving out of NY to Florida. Not exactly sure what part yet but thinking about the tampa bay area. Anyways if you live in flordia can you let me know what part you live in and hows the skateboard scene down there? Thanks.

I heard the Skatepark of Tampa is pretty rad. I’ve been there once and they have some sick contests. We also have Desoto Skatepark. There are other skateparks that i’m pretty sure you could go to. Some will probably require a little bit more of driving though. I longboard more, but i have a lot of friends who skateboard and they enjoy the parks. If none of those parks work you could always skateboard on like the side of a building or something. Lol.
